Well, what a wedding this was! It was a gorgeous day last year that Jessica and David said I do.
Sarah (from Amy James Photography) and I arrived at Jessica’s parent’s house to a hive of activity and a wonderfully relaxed bride to be. The bridesmaids were all family and were so much fun, seriously – laughing and shooting is not a good mix!
We made our way to St Peter’s Church in Frimley so we could get there in time for Jessica’s arrival – and I’m so glad we managed to capture the moment that she realised Dad had left her bouquet at home – OOPS! Don’t think he’ll forget that in a hurry!
The ceremony was gorgeous, St Peter’s Church has a beautiful balcony and with two of us there, Sarah was able to capture the up close and personal shots and I was able to roam around the balcony and get some really interesting and unique shots for them.
We then headed over for the reception at Camberley Cricket Club where there was a bouncy castle set up ready – how many brides do you know would get up there in their dress? Jessica did! We also managed to steal them both away for some quiet time as Mr & Mrs just the two of them , well, and us of course!
Jessica & David met through playing rugby, widely known for it’s banter and I think you can tell from the reception, there was a lot of that!
The highlight for me was definitely the evening. The dancefloor was packed from the off and everyone was having such a great time. I could have snapped David’s mum all night – what a mover!
Anyway – enough ramble from me – enjoy the photos and if you would like to see any of my other wedding images, take a look here.
